Kaitlin McCarthy
Kaitlin founded Ionic Development to effect change both within the real estate development industry and the communities they develop. Representation is incredibly important to Ionic and is critical when developing large projects for diverse uses and users.
Previously, Kaitlin was a Vice President at The HYM Investment Group. While at HYM, Kaitlin’s projects included The Sudbury (a 46 story residential tower with 368 apartments and 55 condos), One Congress (a 52 story, 1M sf office tower) as well as other projects within the Bulfinch Crossing development, a 2.9 million sf mixed-use project in downtown Boston.
Kaitlin holds a Masters in Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Northeastern University.
Briana Pinheiro
A dynamic leader with nearly 15 years of professional experience in leading commercial real estate projects across emerging markets in the Greater Boston area. With expertise in lifecycle project delivery, my portfolio encompasses over 5M square feet, scaling up to $750M+ of Class-A real estate, including World HQ R&D Facilities, Vivarium, Clean Rooms, Offices, and Amenity Spaces, bringing a consistent approach to maximizing their property portfolios.
Tamara Nikotina
Tamara is an Assistant Project Manager at Ionic Development. Tamara has diverse experience in managing life science, office, and residential projects and worked as a structural engineer at SGH. Embracing her role at Ionic, Tamara finds great satisfaction working on projects that positively change the Boston community. Tamara graduated from Northeastern University with a B.S. in Civil Engineering and Architecture. Her aspirations center around fostering sustainability and promoting inclusivity within the city's urban landscape and its diverse neighborhoods. In her free time, she loves to take her watercolor set to paint in the city or nature.
